Look Mom, No Training Wheels!
The other day, Colin saw a young girl riding her bike without the training wheels. It was all he could talk about for days. He asked me when he could take his training wheels off and ride like a "big boy". I thought, it is way too early for him to have his wheels off...his too little!
But, he talked his dad into trying it while I was away one evening. When I got home, he told me that he had ridden his bike without training wheels...I thought he was just pretending. But, Leo said that he took them off and Colin just took off down the road.
So, I went outside to watch him ride. I couldn't believe it, he really was riding with no training wheels. It totally helps that his bike is really small, but he just goes back and forth, up and down the street...even turning around on his own! Good job buddy!!

Introducing...
Elisabeth Adelyn Anderson! Our good friends, David and Amy Anderson, have another little girl to add to their growing family. She came at about 6am this morning...I got the pleasure of seeing her make her first appearance. What an exciting experience! She is the cutest little thing that I have ever seen (minus my own kids, of course). She weighed a whopping 6lbs. 14oz. and her and mommy are doing great! My kids were so excited to see and hold her...Colin didn't want to leave her when it was time to go.

Dinosaur Camp
The kids got their first taste of summer camp this week. They are signed up for Dinosaur Camp at the local community center and are loving it. They are learning all about dinosaurs and everything that comes with it...painting, digging, and reading stories about the all the different kinds of dinos! Here are the projects that they did today...if you can't see, they are cut out dinosaurs that they painted.
