The Great Debate

The biggest debate has not been if the baby will be a boy or a girl, or what to name him or her, but, will we even find out? I (Amy) didn't want to find out, I wanted it to be a surprise...seeing as we have a boy and a girl already. But, Leo was dead set on finding out. I think it had something to do with all the boxes of baby clothes in the garage. He figures he can get rid of some of the baby clothes if we know what we are having.

So, on Monday we found out that we are adding another BOY! to the family! More guns, more wrestling, and more fishing! Colin even said that he would let the new baby reel in a fish if Colin got a bite...that is pretty big stuff around here! So, I will be breaking out the blue things and we will be trying to decide what names we both like...that will be a hard one. The kids are sure thrilled!

The Wilson Pool

The kids and I ventured out on Monday to the Wilson Pool. It is a great little place to go and hang out during a hot day. They have tons of kid stuff for the little ones...slides, noodles and the best lazy river to just float around in! You can even bring your own lunch and have a picnic in between trips to the wadding pool.

Saturday

Leo got home late Friday night...technically, early Saturday morning! So, we just relaxed and stayed close to home, together. The kids are thrilled to have Daddy back...boy did we miss him! He had to be in their sight all day. He washed the cars and did a little yard work...and they were never far away! It was so neat to just hang out, catch up and spend a Saturday with the family.

Vacation

Leo and I have been having very different vacations...mine in Bend and his in Africa. Since I don't have Leo's pictures yet, here are ours. Like I said in a previous post, we tried to do something fun for the kids everyday...so we wouldn't miss Leo too much!

Hi Aunt Jen!

We made this video for Aunt Jen (my sister). We miss her terribly when we get together at my parents house in Bend. So, here is a video for her of the kids singing her a song. We love you and miss you...

Tennis, Parks, Twister...Oh My!

So, the kids and I are in Bend having a blast! We are trying it do something fun for the kids everyday...and then everyone gets to take a nap later. We tried tennis one day. Colin is absolutely hooked...anything that lets him run around chasing a ball. We hit up a couple of parks too! Adi loves to chase her brother around...she wants to do whatever he can. And, we got out the old game of Twister. Colin is very flexible, but needs to work on his left and right.

BBQ With Friends

Our friends, the Anderson's, came over for a bbq last week and here are the pics from the fun get together! The kids played in the bounce house, made cupcakes and worked up a big thirst in the heat. Adi even tried to sneak another cupcake past me, but I caught her with the camera!
